Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a fourteen-day withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.

If there is a custom-made product, it is excluded from the right to exchange.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Jutta Mai, Krumme Straße 19, 48143 Münster, Germany, jutta.mai@jumalovescolours.de, telephone: 015172156909) through a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). ) about your decision to withdraw from this contract and inform us.

You can use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract:
The customer must bear the costs of the return; these will not be reimbursed by Jumalovescolours. The reshipment must be affix stamped. If Jumalovescolours incurs costs due to insufficient franking of the return shipment, these will be offset against any payments made by the customer or invoiced separately. The goods should be returned in an unused and new resalable condition. Jumalovescolours reserves the right not to take back any damaged goods or to make a claim for compensation for damaged goods. The customer is liable for damage to the goods caused by inadequate packaging or if the goods show signs of wear. 
Unless otherwise agreed, the risk of transport for deliveries is borne by the consumer. The risk is transferred to the customer when the goods are handed over to the transport or shipping company. This also applies if Jumalovescolours covers the costs of transport or shipping. The customer must report complaints that are due to transport damage (e.g. damage to the packaging) directly to the transport or shipping company.
If the goods are returned in good condition, we will refund the refund must be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the package is returned. For this repayment, we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless something different was expressly agreed with you.

Warranty
Jumalovescolours guarantees that the ordered goods are free of damage and have the contractually guaranteed characteristics at the time of the order and at the time of handover to third-party providers (transport or shipping companies) or at the time of personal handover to a defined/agreed person. Normal wear and tear of the goods is excluded from the warranty obligation. Claims by the customer for damages, e.g. due to non-fulfillment, negligence in concluding the contract, breach of additional contractual obligations, consequential damage caused by defects, damage from unlawful acts, and other legal reasons are excluded. (except in cases of intent or gross negligence and personal injury)

The delivered goods remain the property of Jumalovescolours until the purchase price has been paid in full.
